"Really great service and a lovely guy too! Horace came out to repair a punctured inner tube in the evening after I’d finished uni for the day. It was dark and wet and difficult to see properly at the time, and unfortunately the replacement Horace came out at the next convenient time for me, early in the morning before going to lectures, and got it sorted again.
